Bailey has been dancing for 24 years, and started teaching during her time at McDaniel College in Westminster, MD, where she was able to work with local studios and become director for a performance team. She was lead choreographer during her time on the McDaniel Dance Team, and also choreographed and performed with the McDaniel Dance Company. Bailey moved to Delaware in 2018 where she continued to teach as a head instructor at a national ranking studio and was the Dance Program Developer at the YMCA in Dover. She has worked with students of all ages and abilities, and loves to share her love of dance with others. Bailey’s favorite styles of dance include tap, jazz and pom, and she can’t wait to see you at the studio!

Jalyn Conklin began her dance career at the age of 9 at Commonwealth Dance Arts Academy in Petersburg, Virginia. She Traveled up and down the east coast for various performances and competitions such as Curefest in Washington, D.C., and Encore DCS. Jayln has worked with many amazing artists and choreographers including Anthony Burrell, Eartha Robinson, and Sakinah LeStage. While dancing competitively, Jalyn has received many awards including "Senior Emerging Artist Title" at the Starquest Dance Competition in 2021. Jalyn is currently a Sports Management major at Delaware State University and is so excited to be a part of our dance family and continue to share her passion with all of her dancers!

Hailey is currently a senior at Caesar Rodney High School. She has been cheering for six years and is the varsity cheer captain at her school and also is involved in all star cheer. Hailey has proudly been recognized as an All American Cheerleader by the Universal Cheer Association and has won multiple dancing diva awards. Hailey enjoys teaching dance and helping all of her students grow into the best dancers they can be. You can find Hailey instructing classes with Mrs. Kourtney for the mini and kids classes.

Kerstin has danced under the instruction of Kourtney Guarni since she was eight years old. Kerstin's dance experience specialized in Hip Hop, Jazz and Pom.  For the past few years, Kerstin has been an Admin for the Dover AFB Dance Program while Kourtney Guarni was the lead director/instructor. Kerstin specializes in front desk work, helping manage the studio/dancers and is very knowledgeable with all dance content. Kerstin is currently working on her bachelors degree at Delaware State University. Kestin looks forward to continue her work at Center Stage Dance Company and cannot wait to meet all of our amazing students.
